At Flynisha Tours and Travel Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your safari or holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. However, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This policy outlines our cancellation and amendment terms to help you plan with confidence.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply depending on the notice period provided before the start of your trip:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total package rate
- 31 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the total package rate
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package rate
- 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package rate
Please note that some bookings may include non-refundable components such as accommodation deposits, flight tickets, park fees, or special permits. These will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
2. No Show
If you fail to join the tour, arrive late, or cancel on the day of departure, no refund will be issued.
3. Changes by the Customer
- Amendment Requests: Any request to change or reschedule your booking must be made in writing. Approval depends on availability and supplier policies. Administrative fees or rate differences may apply.
- Partial Cancellation: If you cancel part of your tour (for example, one destination or activity), cancellation charges for that portion will be applied accordingly.
4. Cancellation by Flynisha Tours and Travel Ltd
Flynisha Tours and Travel Ltd reserves the right to cancel a tour in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events;
- Lack of required participant numbers;
- Unforeseen operational issues beyond our control.
In such cases, clients will receive either:
- A full refund of the total tour cost, or
- An alternative tour of equal value, subject to availability.
Please note that Flynisha Tours and Travel Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs incurred outside the package (such as international flights or visa fees).
5. Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 28 business days of receiving your written cancellation notice. Refunds are made through the original payment method unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen travel interruptions.
